What do you have to do?
It works as simple as that.
1.
You provide us with the name and telephone number of the seller so that we can contact her/him personally.
2.
After successful contact you will receive a written tipster confirmation.
3.
After receipt of payment of our fee, we will reimburse you your commission within three working days.
Of course, your tip will remain anonymous if you wish.
Calculation example
You name your acquaintance who, for example, wants to sell his house worth 1,000,000 euros.
A successful brokerage incurs a sales fee of up to EUR 30,000, of which you as the tipster receive a commission of up to EUR 6,000 .
